If you love freshly ground pepper – this is for you! Frustrated by grinders, I’d been using mortar and pestle for that “just ground” flavor – until I found this mill. I love it! It does take a bit of use to get use to it – a full mill can take a bit of initial pressure to grind – but once you get the hang of it, the efficiency is SO much greater than a grinder AND the flavor is better!
I deducted a star only because the nut doesn’t come as close to the top as I’d like – but it’s a very minor issue.
